Terms of use
1. About the service
NolReload is an independent self-service platform operated by NolReload Digital Services FZ-LLC in Dubai, UAE. It lets you top up nol card online by submitting a nol tag ID, an amount and an email. We are not the card issuer and not a transport authority.
2. Your responsibility
You confirm that the nol tag ID and amount you enter are correct. Because a top-up routes value to the tag ID provided, please check the 10 digits before continuing to payment.
3. Payments
Card details are entered on the dedicated payment step and handled by the payment processor. The total is shown before you confirm. Amounts range from AED 5 to AED 500 per session and are locked once you continue to payment.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the refund policy. In short: cleared payments that were not loaded, duplicate charges, and payments to a wrong tag ID reported within 14 days may be refunded.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for fraudulent payments or to top up cards you are not permitted to use. We may decline or reverse requests that appear abusive.
6. Liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for delays caused by the payment network or banks, or for amounts sent to an incorrect tag ID you entered.
