What we collect
To process a top up nol card online we use the nol tag ID, the chosen amount and the email you provide for the receipt. Card details are entered on the payment step and handled by the payment processor — this site does not store card numbers.
Why we use it
- To route the top-up to the correct nol tag ID.
- To send the receipt and order reference by email.
- To answer support questions and handle refunds.
How long we keep it
Order details tied to a nol card recharge online are retained only as long as needed for receipts, refunds and accounting obligations, then deleted. We do not build a browsing or travel profile.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. No analytics or third-party tracking cookies are set.
Your choices
To ask what is held about an order, or to request deletion where allowed, email legal@nolreload.org with the order reference.
