Receipts and top-up history.

NolReload doesn't keep accounts, so there is no dashboard of past orders. Instead, every time you top up nol card online here, the receipt is the record. Here is how to keep and find it.

What a receipt contains

The order reference (begins with NR-).
The amount in AED and the date and time.
The last part of the masked nol tag ID used.
A support address for questions about that order.

Keep the email — it's how support locates a specific nol card recharge online.

Can't find your receipt?

Search your inbox for order reference or NolReload.
Check the spam or promotions folder.
Still nothing? Email support@nolreload.org with the date, amount and the nol tag ID — we'll resend it.

No stored personal history

Because each top-up is a standalone session, we don't build a profile of your trips or balances. The receipt in your inbox is the single source of truth for a given order. See the privacy notice for what is and isn't retained.
