How to top up nol card online — full FAQ.

Everything below is about this self-service platform and the nol card in Dubai. Nothing else.

How do I top up or recharge through this site?

Go to the top-up page, enter the 10-digit nol tag ID, pick an amount (AED 30, 40, 50, 100, 150 or a custom AED 5–500), add your email and continue to the payment step. After the charge clears, the receipt with the order reference is emailed to you.

How long does the top-up take to be loaded?

Most top-ups are processed within a few minutes of a cleared payment. Times can be longer during the morning and evening commute peaks.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major payment cards supported by our payment processor. Available options are shown on the payment step and can change depending on the processor.

What are the fees and limits?

The minimum is AED 5 and the maximum is AED 500 per session. The exact total charged to your bank card is shown before you confirm.

What if the payment went through but the balance wasn't loaded?

Reply to your receipt email with the order reference. We check the transaction with the processor and either complete the top-up or start a refund. Please don't retry — a second attempt may double-charge.

Is it safe to enter card details?

Card details are entered only on the dedicated payment step, over an encrypted connection, and are handled by the payment processor. This marketing site does not collect card numbers.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see the refund policy for the rules and timeline. Send a refund request by email with the order reference.

How can I contact support?

Email support@nolreload.org, call +971 56 270 4815, message us on WhatsApp, or use the contact form.

Which transit cards are supported?

Only the nol card used on Dubai public transport. Cards from other emirates aren't supported here.

Where can I use the card after a top-up?

The card keeps working as before across the Dubai Metro, public buses, the Tram and the water bus, plus retail terminals that accept nol payments.
