Nol tag ID The 10-digit number printed on the back of your nol card. Please enter the 10-digit nol tag ID.

Top-up amount (AED) Whole dirhams only. Minimum AED 5, maximum AED 500 per session. Pick a preset or enter a valid custom amount (AED 5–500).

Email for the receipt The receipt and order reference are sent here once the payment clears. Enter a valid email address.

A few notes on the nol card recharge online flow.

What if I mistype the nol tag ID?

If a payment routes to a wrong or non-existent nol tag ID, contact support with the order reference within 14 days and we'll arrange a refund.

Can I top up two cards at once?

No — one nol tag ID per session keeps each receipt clean. Finish the first, then start a second session for the next card.

Do I need an account?

No accounts. Each top-up is a single standalone session; the tag ID and email aren't stored between sessions.
